It's in main/devel; the package doesn't list the location of upstream
http://www.csv.warwick.ac.uk/~csusb/nasm/ looks to be a homepage for it;
simtel and sunsite carry it.
UNFAIR Term applied to advantages enjoyed by other people which we tried
