No. But just wait some time... Files that aren't mentioned by any
.changes are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

If the file itself would be ok (correct size&md5sum), you could just
continue the upload (i.e. upload the rest of files). But I suspect
that the one file wasn't complete if you interrupted...

I haven't tried the following method yet myself, but in theory it
should work: Upload the rest of files, including the .changes. The
daemon should then notice that the one files is bad (most probably
incorrect md5sum), delete it and send you back a mail about the facts.
Then you can re-upload the first file.

BTW, in general, it's IMHO a Good Thing that noone can't delete files
in the upload queue. Would open too much doors to attackers :-)
