Using (for ex) '/usr/sbin/config' or '/usr/config', or whatever could be a
Debian only thingie, since the programs going there is configuration programs
used by the Debian packages...

Having a specific directory for configuration programs would be easier for
people not that very familiar to Debian/Linux... I for one used the 'config
by hand' touch much before I found that much could be more or less automated
when I found the config scripts in /usr/sbin, but it takes some time to find
them there, it's much of a 'hit-and-miss' to find something there... :)

(PS. fhs/fsstnd ? (url to what this is please))
