mutt has never in been in bo: when 1.3 was frozen, it was on non-US (because
the policy issue wrt packages with crypto hooks wasn't resolved yet). 

I've uploaded a libc5 version of it to master to go into bo-updates; this
will have to be processed manually, so it may take some time before it's in
bo-updates. For now, get it from Incoming.
