I agree that we should do this, but let's make it really work right by
informing the user that they should most likely run the "Config" step
first (to configure all the packages that are unpacked and configurable)
and then re-run the Install step. This comes to closure much faster than
trying to run Install over and over. (which will usually work, just takes
longer) Maybe something like:

   "Error(s) during install. Execute the [C]onfig menu option, then
    perform to the [I]nstall step again. Repeat until success."
