leadership positions

I have no reply from Ian Jackson. I think he would have made an OK interim
project leader until the election, I guess he doesn't agree. Thus, I will
go on holding that position until the election.

The V.P. Operations position has been open since Dan Quinlan got busy with
Transmeta. I have offered that position to Ian, and if Ian does not accept
it, I will give it to Klee (who has already accepted).
