But Im having problems with dselect downloading the latest Packages file
for hamm.

I dont know if there is a problem with contrib and nonfree... it never
gets that far.  Is there any way to get this working again?

For starters, could the update script not make Packages be a symlink from
where ever dselect tries to snarf it from?  If that doesnt work, then Ill
look into a bug report.

Hopefully Diety wont have this affliction ^_-
