updating anacron in stable

Hi!

I discovered that anacron 1.0.2-1 which is in "stable" does not work
correctly: the daily jobs are executed after each startup--sometimes
multiple times a day.

Version 1.0.3 fixes this bug and does not introduce new features so I
suggest to install this version in "bo". (Version 1.0.6 is available now
but it introduces new features and depends on a new cron package.)

What's the correct procedure? Can I simply upload 1.0.3 again with target
"stable" or will this smash the version in "unstable"?
