dselect:
use the "FTP" method of dselect and point it to dists/stable/main,
dists/stable/contrib, dists/stable/non-free, dists/unstable/main,
dists/unstable/contrib, dists/unstable/non-free .
Lists:
debian-changes@lists.debian.org (for stable)
debian-devel-changes@lists.debian.org (for unstable)
[The packages announced here are uploaded to the master server; it takes
some time for them to the FTP site]
