SmallEiffel proposal for Debian

I propose to package SmallEiffel for Debian.

SmallEiffel is a freeware compiler for the Eiffel language, developed
by Dominique COLNET of C.R.I.N. (Centre de Recherche en Informatique de Nancy).

If anyone else is working on this, please let me know.
