dtxtdb and database formats

Hello People,

I've seen some people already talking about designing the
database layout with data types and so on.
I'd suggest for everyone who wants to get involved with this, to
take a good look into dtxtdb and to communicate me back the
omissions, new ideas etc, before the wheel gets re-invented.
