how many programs need these libraries ?
i don't think many programs need them, so : list them as source
dependencies, and the builder will make sure, that they are available.

if many programs need these libraries we will add them to the list of
default libraries (the only difference is : default libraries are always
installed on a system - you don't need to list them as source
dependency).
