sgml-base 0.3 and sgml-data 0.02 in hamm

Hello!

I am curious about sgml-base 0.3 and sgml-data 0.02 in hamm.
sgml-base 0.3 conflicts with sgml-data (<=0.02), and yet
sgml-data 0.03 is not yet in hamm, for quite a while now.
Am I missing something, or is sgml-data 0.03 still in preparation?  :)
