pkg-order upload

Hi,

	I am uploading to master a new version of pkg-order, which
 contains the new scripts:
 a) pkg-nodep -- lists all installed packages that have no other
    packages that depend or pre depend on them (optionally check
    recommends and suggests as well)
 b) pkg-deptree -- Pretty print the dependency tree (I'll use Perl
    reports and prettify this when I get time)
 c) pkg-revdeps -- pretty print the list of packages a package depends
    on.

	Right now, the scripts (as well as pkg-order) assume that the
 list of packages installed can be derived from the dpkg file
 /var/lib/dpkg/status (we look at the status field to ensure the
 package is really still installed).

	I plan on adding a switch to all scripts to allow users to
 override this by supplying a Packages file for all installed
 packages. This will allow people to run what-if scenarios or run a
 package ordering operation for another machine.
