documents in binary format

Samples from the Xbook package:

- This document is in Microsoft Word for Windows format
- This directory contains sources in FrameMaker version 4 doc format for

Those are examples of documents whose sources are originally provided in
binary (machine-readable) format instead of markup (human-readable) format.

In my opinion, xbooks is an example of a package which should be splitted
between the markup sources and the binary ones.
