Perhaps, though it would be simpler to distribute announcements for
any package that includes source to ALL architecture-specific groups.
Why?
- When source (or diffs) are included, it means the primary
maintainer has changed something that all architectures should be
informed of.
- It's notification to package managers for the other architectures
to rebuild their packages.
