As of now, at least a dozen packages in unstable (hamm) are using
libc6. Some of them (like debmake) actually have dependencies
admitting that, though; it appears, though, that ncsa contains the
strings:
/lib/ld-linux.so.2
libc.so.5
so it perhaps depends on *both* libc5 and libc6? Or should just be
recompiled with libc6-dev installed so it really only depends on libc6...
