DNS looks okay. I can also ping other hosts at cc.gatech.edu, so I'm
assuming it's the machine. Until it comes back up, I suggest that you
use a mirror:
ftp://debian.crosslink.net/pub/debian/README.mirrors
Actually, you should always try to use a mirror.
