cxref-1.3 and No response from new-maintainer@debian.org

Greetings!  I've put together a debian package for cxref-1.3, and have
tried to follow the instructions on the debian info page detailing how
to contribute such a package, but have received no response from the
address "new-maintainer@debian.org".  Is anything amiss?
