getting our hot-site backup running

I have given logins on debian.novare.net to just about everyone who had
one on master.debian.org . Debian.novare.net is a hot-site backup for
"master". It's unlikely that there will be any long-duration problem
with "master", but just in case there is one, like the week-long INTERNIC
attack we had a while back, we'll be able to switch systems rapidly and
not lose much work or time.

Currently there is a mirror of the public FTP area under /debian.
There is no mirror of the private FTP area, the bug system, the WWW
archive, the CGI setup, etc. I'd suggest that the groups responsible for
those areas set up their own mirror programs and cron scripts.

Also, developers should copy over their personal files - stuff in your
home directory, .qmail files, etc.

	Thanks
