Package available: mgetty

Hello,

Due to lack of time because of recently starting a new job and some other
factors, I'll be unable to continue putting as much time into the mgetty
package as I would like.  (This is my most time-consuming package; I can
still handle the rest.)

I believe that I have fixed all outstanding bugs, so there will be no
immediate work to do.
