working on packaging xisp

I am working on packaging xisp--an X interface to pppd and chat.  This app
makes it a little easier for a newbie to see what's going on with the ppp
connection.  It still requires the user to know chatscript syntax.
It also shows the bps speed at which the modem is connected, the time for
which you have been connected, and the IP address on a nice-looking
window.
Unless anyone has objections, or if anyone is already working on this
package, I'll release it soon.
