CD policy change regarding $2 fee
We will ask these manufacturers to _donate_ $2 per unit in money or
_services_ to the Debian project in exchange for being allowed to
produce the "official" CD. The amount _actually_pledged_ by the
manufacturer to the project will be printed on the package.
This is less compulsory than my previous proposal.
