Q: new maintainer procedure ...

I just took over the rlpr package and uploaded the latest
upstream version into unstable.  This is my first "upstream"
package, so I have a couple of questions.  I sent a message to
debian-devel-changes.  Is there anywhere else I need to send one
to?  

How can I get a listing of outstanding bugs (the web site
doesn't work from my house ;-))?

I sent a message to the upstream maintainer of the package to
introduce myself.  Is there anything else?
