Yes, I got a copy via debian-devel (gnus notes the duplication, but I
use either X-Loop or X-Mailing-List to sort things so my archives are
consistent.)
As I pointed out privately to Michael, though, tcsh has a clean way of
doing this -- just set the prompt. Much more efficient to use
set prompt="%{^[]0;%M:%l %~ %t^G%}$tcshprompt"
for current working dir and time (change ^[ to escape and ^G to a real
control-g of course.) This sets the title at each prompt - but does it
without running any other processes...
