I would guess that this highly depends on when the 2.2 kernel will b
ready.  If it isn't ready when we want to release Debian 2.0 (highly
likely, IMO), then we should probably stick with the 2.0 kernels.

This is probably the way to go.  The 2.1 kernel versions could go in
experimental.
