That is the above.net router at MAE-WEST.
Either their router has gone gogo or there is a physical problem with the
FDDI ring down there.
I did a few traceroutes aross the net from a few other sites and it look
like the above.net router has some kind of hickup.
AFAIK their NOC has received the info.
