Bug#4988: make dpkg-shlibdeps recognize scripts/java programs?

You're absolutely right, and now my util-linux fails to build.
Apparently a recent version of ldd changed return code semantics.  It
used to return 0 even with the `not a.out or ELF' message.

I agree that dpkg-shlibdeps should be fixed to handle this.
