Bug#5283: procmail should not depend on any MTA
Package: procmail
Version: 3.10-4
Currently procmail depends on "smail | sendmail | mail-transport-agent"
but it should not depend on such things. It is perfectly possible to get
mail using popclient or the just released fetchmail without needing any
MTA (and send it using Pine).
Suggested fix: Change this to just "Suggest".
BTW: This package does not follow the latest Guidelines yet.
