Bug#5272: m4 has malformed controrol file

The debian/control file that gets created when doing 'dpkg-source -x <..>'
has an incorrect last line:

 if you want this feature compiled in.  The current implementation slows
 down `m4' considerably and is hardly acceptable.  So, it might go away,
 do not count on it yet. Depends: libc5
                         ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

This is either superfluous or supposed to be on one line of its own,
before the Description: field, right?
