WebSTD 2.1: debian in filenames and long paths to installed docs.



I think the name "debian" in every path should be taken out. If our
standard is good then we should intend to have it adopted by other
distributions and also the FSSTND. Having "debian" everywhere in filenames
can be a problem.

Also the URL to reference installed documents (of course in the "ROM"
area) is too long. Here is one example from the WN documentation:

http://localhost/debian/ROM.documents/docs/index.html

Could we shorten that to 

http://localhost/ro/docs/index.html?

Perhaps we can bring up a standardized webpage by default when the user
selects

http://localhost/ro

Does anyone have a better idea for the name?
