Bugreports

Hi!

As usual: I want to have all relevant bugreports located locally in my
LAN.  They aren't distributed via ftp.debian.org anymore.

My connection to master.debian.org is that horrible that I don't
want to mirror them from there (I found them hidden in one directory).

Can anyone provide me with them?  Any format is ok if I only can
produce plain text file out of it. (e.g. html)
