Bug#5221: metamail doesn't install properly

This is actually my fault.  This error has been changed to a warning
in the version 2.06 of mime-support which I uploaded some time ago.
Unfortunately, it seems the ".changes" file got lost and so it never
made it into the distribution.

I have re-uploaded the package, but I'll let the metamail maintainer
actually close the bug.
