I think that Stuart should put a _big_ advice in postinst to inform the
users of the elimination of the annoying scolling seen in 4.4-1, and
that they can revert this behaviour editing /etc/vimrc and changing

set cmdheight from 2 to 1.

Anyway I didin't got it automatically cause I had a modified /etc/vimrc,
so I hat to copy the new (good and nice) features from
/etc/vimrc.dpkg-dist.
