Bug#5234: apache 1.1.1-5 breaks perms

directories have wrong permissions:

drwxr-x--- root/root         0 1996-09-30 09:32 usr/lib/

drwxr-x--- root/root         0 1996-09-30 09:32 usr/lib/httpd/cgi-bin/
drwxr-x--- root/root         0 1996-09-30 09:33 usr/lib/httpd/icons/
drwxr-x--- root/root         0 1996-09-30 09:32 var/
drwxr-x--- root/root         0 1996-09-30 09:32 var/spool/
drwxr-x--- root/root         0 1996-09-30 09:32 var/spool/apache/

should be world readable and executable.



also, the files in /usr/lib/httpd/icons have wrong permissions:

-rw-r----- root/root      4816 1996-09-30 09:33 usr/lib/httpd/icons/README
-rw-r----- root/root       246 1996-09-30 09:33 usr/lib/httpd/icons/a.gif
-rw-r----- root/root       242 1996-09-30 09:33 usr/lib/httpd/icons/alert.black.gif
......etc

should be world readable.
