Bug#4501: util-linux does not install the whereis command

locate shows huge amounts of information and does not restrict the search
to sensible locations.

I can do

whereis ls

to find ls + manpages in standard locations.

if I do

locate ls

then the screen will be scrolling with lots of other stuff.

Also whereis is commonly available in other linux distributions.
