compress-package: fileset to build a Debian compress package
Changes:
* Fixed make-cpkg target handling.
* Replaced setup of symbolic links by generation of shell scripts
because the zcat from gzip does not recognize when it is called
as gzcat.
* Provide g* links for zless, z*grep and friends to be consistent
with the renaming of zcat and others.
