psutils and pipes bug

Lucas Nellen reported a bug in psutils-1.16-1 a while ago. I just tried to
reply to him at <lucas@teorica0.ifisicacu.unam.mx> and got bounced mail
(unknown user). If someone has a better address for Lucas please let me
know. Or just pass along the message, or if you get this list Lucas:
psutils-1.16-2, which fixed some corrupted file problems also seems to
have corrected the pipes problem.
