No real documentation for quotas

Hi...

Just installed the quota package and noticed that there is no "howto"
documentation for implementation of it.  ie: What goes in /etc/fstab?
What's the format for user.quota and group.quota and how is it done etc?
Might be a good idea to have a "dummies guide to quota" just like the
step-by-step guide for NIS...
