Bug#2868: amd hangs on tcsh hostname completion

When I try to use TAB in tcsh to complete the name of a yet unmounted
host, amd will hang, instead of simply not completing. ie:  if /n contains
the nfs mounted directories, and I do

cd /n; ls

or

cd /n; cd k[TAB]

in either case, I'll lose control over the session window and no longer be
able to automount drives.

Solution: I got amd920824upl67.tar.gz and compiled it myself -- this one
works fine without the problem I describe above.
