Bug#2614: Cannot install ncurses-bin with dpkg-1.1.3

Package: dpkg-1.1.3

I had tput installed and tried to install ncurses-bin-1.9.8a-5.deb, and
dpkg said

dpkg: considering removing tput in favour of ncurses-bin
dpkg: Yes, will remove tput in favour of ncurses-bin
....
....
dpkg: error
 trying to overwrite file `/usr/bin/tput', which is also in package tput

Well, tput was to be removed wasn't it? ;)
