Hi all,

Would it be possible to work hard on getting a "development 1.1"
stable - in other words,  make sure that I can upgrade from my
existing 0.93 to 1.1 purely for development purposes,  to enable
me to release an ELF Apache?

There seems to be a catch 22 for those of us who maintain one or
two packages on the side:  we want to release ELF but we're waiting
for 1.1 development to stabilise so we don't compromise production
system :-(.

Any suggestions?  Is there a clear and tested route to allow
me to start developing ELF so I can upgrade my package?
