xarchie-2.0.10-4

A new xarchie package is out. This is a bugfix release for bug#1857
(The default archie server configured by the user was not used).
It is still in a.out binary format because I don't have an ELF
development system yet.

	* Changed maintainer's email address back to chris@cosy.sbg.ac.at

	* fixed Name of include file in Xarchie.ad line 28. 
	  This fixes bug#1857.
	  (Xarchie.ad gets copied to /etc/X11/xarchie/defaults in the
	  binary package)
