Bug#2108: netbase: /etc/services is undocumented

Version: 1.20-1

The rwhod(8) manpage references the services(5) manpage. Unfortunately,
services(5) doesn't exist. It would be one of the more useful manpages
to have around.

Does anyone who knows enough about protocols to write a brief summary of
what programs use which protocols have enough time to write a manpage ?
