With all this talk about having a new boot method, I think we should take
a long hard look at linuxconf again. It will provide all the types os
access that we want local/remote/X and has a system for drop in modules
so we can have our easy upgrades. I personally haven't used it yet, but
it looks nice. I might be getting an system to experiment with soon, and
if I do I'll play around with it.
