I already send a few mails about this to the list.

Because of this screwup over which we have no control, we were forced to
move our core network from 206.139.73.0 to 206.190.143.0 (the last byte
staid the same).

This includes the nameservers cartridge and nomis and master.debian.org,
cgi.debian.org, lists.debian.org, new-lists.debian.org, bugs.debian.org.
