XFree86 version 3.2 provides libXaw.so.6.1, while the old version provided
libXaw.so.6.0.  Xaw95 and Xaw3D buth provide replacement libraries for
libXaw.so.6.0.  These are now ignored, since the new libXaw.so.6.1 takes
precedance when running ldconfig.  The simple and easy fix is to simply
rename these libraries libXaw.so.6.1.
