more on RFC: Programmers|Policy Manuals
I have just finished another revision to the Programmer's Manual (cleaning
up Heiko's text on shlibs files, though still considered a provisional
draft of that section.)
I have also included a gzipped, letter size postscript version of both
manuals. You can access them through the link on
