wn and man2html were adapted to a prior webstandard. WN was put into
debian with the focus on those new webstandards although the newest
standard is incompatible with the way WN wants to do things.

We could downgrade man2html to a version prior to the attempt to make
those webstandards work.

Somebody else is maintaining WN now. So what happens to WN is not my
problem anymore.
