Bug#5371: Packages to be removed from frozen

I have the following packages in frozen that I think are not
fitting for a stable release:

bridgex		Contains patches to the kernel etc
mgetty-voice	The voice part of mgetty is not stable
fdos		Its still very buggy and thus not suitable
freetype	Is just a release that cannot do much and will raise
		the wrong expectations.

Please remove those from frozen.

Also

What is supposed to be done for web related packages?

man2html follows an obsolete Webstandard now.
